概況：
重慶惠庭都市建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所由知名建筑師張惠庭先生與志同道合的資深建筑師、工程師共同合作組建于1995年。屬中國(guó)建設(shè)部全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)建筑設(shè)計(jì)體制改革僅有的幾家試點(diǎn)單位之一，惠庭都市建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所組建之時(shí)在西南地區(qū)是唯一的一家，其技術(shù)、設(shè)備及服務(wù)管理均體現(xiàn)建設(shè)部設(shè)計(jì)體制改革精神，即技術(shù)力量以知名及資深建筑師、工程師合作為主，設(shè)備力量現(xiàn)代化、高效率化，服務(wù)管理市場(chǎng)化。事務(wù)所于1995年8月1日獲得中華人民共和國(guó)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的建筑行業(yè)甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)資格證書(shū)，1995年9月1日在國(guó)家工商局注冊(cè)并取得營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，1995年9月8日正式開(kāi)業(yè)。事務(wù)所能夠?yàn)榭蛻?hù)提供建筑設(shè)計(jì)、城市及區(qū)域規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和室內(nèi)外工程、環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)等全面的工程設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)。

Practice Profile
Mr Huiting Zhang, together with a number of other prominent architects and engineers, established the company. The company was awarded a First Class Architectural Design License on 1st August 1995 and the National Industrial and Commercial Bureau register commenced operation following it on 1st September 1995.
The company is one of a select few in Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, to be established following Architectural Design Reforms undertaken by the China National Construction Ministry in Beijing, and is the only one of its type in Southwest China. The reforms were undertaken to provide a framework for architects of the highest caliber and past achievement, to form private design companies, and be licensed as First Class Architectural Design Holders in their own right. Huiting Zhang was one of a highly select group of individuals, accorded this honor and recognition.
The practice is committed to the pursuit of excellence in the fields of architecture and engineering, aiming to provide each of its clients with prompt, attentive and efficient service and high quality design solutions for their project. Contemporary design software and visual aids are utilized by the practice in undertaking all design commissions.
